Bowflex Blaze Home Gym

In most situations in life there are two different types of people. Those who are very dedicated to whatever they are doing and those who aren’t as dedicated and don’t particularly care. I will openly admit, that when it comes to the gym and keeping fit I am in the “not at all dedicated” camp, but if I had known about this amazing piece of equipment before then I may have upped my game significantly! The thing I am talking about is a home gym, more specifically the Bowflex Blaze, and now I am going to take a look at the good and the bad of this home gym to see whether or not it is worth your money!

What features does it have?

Even if you are one of the most dedicated gym goers in the world you will be happy with the Bowflex with regards to the features it has. This gym is a space saving machine designed to combine all of the strength building equipment you will find at your local gym. There is an awful lot of patented technology which has gone into this home gym, and the Spiraflex tech is so good that it is even used by astronauts! It comes with 210 pounds of power rod resistance, but this can be upgraded to 320 or even 410 pounds as and when it is needed. The Bowflex isn’t the biggest home gym either, measuring 59 x 23 x 14 inches, so you should be able to find it a place to live with relative ease.

What workouts can I do with the gym?

This home gym is all about building up your strength rather than cardio, and this is evident in the different exercises you can do. There is the equipment here to work more than 60 different muscle groups and they include the lower pulley and squat station for your glutes, hamstrings and quads, and the lat tower with angled lat bar which will help build your back and shoulder muscles. Of course there are other muscles you can work but I’ll leave it up to you to find those out!

What are the positives?

There are a lot of positives when looking at this machine. It is a very nice looking gym and doesn’t look too industrial like many of its competitors (which can be seen at http://www.fitnessshopper.us/best-home-gym/ ) and it has such a wide variety of features that you’ll spend days finding them all out!

What are the negatives?

The negative points that some customers have made with regards to this machine could be considered quite small and petty. Some have moaned that it is too tough to change between exercises, but if you ask me that should only add to the workout!

Conclude things for me

All things considered this is a very nice little machine. It has everything you could want in a home gym and it is compact enough to not take up too much space inside your house. If you are wanting to start the process of getting fit, then the Bowflex can help you achieve all of your goals!
